Create a comfort kit! This comfort kit can be brought around with you 
to use in grounding and mindfulness. In your comfort kit you can 
include names and numbers of people to call, a list of mediation 
techniques, music, a stress ball, hand lotion, model magic, a small 
journal, a pen, markers, pictures of a person, place or thing, 
pleasurable scents (these can include essential oils, spices or 
perfumes), pleasurable things to touch, pleasurable things to taste. 
Try to make your comfort kit include things that touch on all of the 
senses. This is just a list of suggestions; your comfort kit can 
include whatever works for you.
