We are seeking individuals dedicated to human rights and who are willing to work to grow our organization and inspire the next leaders of the movement to end sexual violence.
The current positions available are:
Crisis Services Coordinator – Responds to crisis calls and medical accompaniment requests, coordinates evening and weekend coverage, supervises on-call crisis responders, completes intakes into Intervention Services and works with case management and counseling staff in helping clients navigate the system. Supports data entry, collects and reports data daily, monthly and quarterly.
Crisis Responders/Advocates (Intervention Services) – day, weekend and overnight shifts are available. Bi-lingual Spanish/English needed. This position pays on a split rate, one for being on-call and one for responding to a hotline call or hospital accompaniment. Bachelors degree and 2 years experience on a rape crisis hotline preferred. Associates degree or Bachelors degree in process required.
Program Associate Positions:
Administration and Program – PT support for administration of grants, general office management, receiving clients and helping them navigate internal resources, personnel and volunteer support. Mostly week-day, but some evenings and weekends may be required. Back up on hotline and hospital accompaniment. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred, Bachelors degree and 2 years experience in a rape crisis or like center preferred, Associates degree with 1 years experience in a non-profit setting required.
Grants Management, Evaluation, Data Collection – PT support for grants management: data collection, recording and reporting, research, program evaluation. Back up on hotline and hospital accompaniment. Bachelors degree, 2 years experience in rape crisis or like center preferred. Associates degree or Bachelors degree in process required with experience in a non-profit setting required.
Information and Resources Coordinator – Coordinates Primary Prevention programs, Bystander campaigns and campus programs. Disseminates information on and maintains all social networking sites. Organizes community outreach, attends events in the community, supervises volunteers and interns, coordinates volunteer program and training, develops new awareness campaigns, works with the Executive Director on allied professional training and conferences as appropriate.
